Product Ownership:
Ownership of property remains ownership of CFIS Group, Inc until paid for. Up to a 30% restocking fee will be charged if repossessed after 45 days.
Product Returns:
All orders are FINAL, no returns or exchanges will be accepted without approval.
Claims for Loss or Damage:
Place claims against the carrier for products lost or damaged in transit. For shortages in shipment, CFIS GROUP must be notified within 3 business days of receipt of order. Contact the sales department at 614-332-7464 or email: RICK@CFISGROUP.COM.
